Four week Meditation course in February: Lovingly Cultivate your Meditation Practice, the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Early purchase discount extended 'till 7 January.
Delivered by experienced Melbourne Insight Meditation facilitators Amanda Hawkey, Caroline (Lou) Browne and (Hart)mut Veit over four integrated half-day workshops this course will teach you how to lovingly craft your own sustainable meditation practice. Diving deep into one of the oldest surviving early Buddhist texts - the Satipathana Sutta, the Discourse on the Foundations of Mindfulness, this course is designed to build your understanding and insight with an emphasis on your own direct experience. As part of a practice community, you will have the opportunity to make new friends and connect with like-minded practitioners to share your practice experience with the group.
Each week one of the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness will be introduced and explored through a carefully structured methodology of guided meditations, dharma talks, fine-tuning different posture sessions and combining your mindfulness practice with loving kindness (metta) meditation - thus enabling you to develop & deepen your meditation practice.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators with beginner’s mind.
