Join us for a welcoming and engaging community conversation focused on mental wellness, healing, and personal growth. Through educational sessions, open dialogue, and practical tools, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the brain, emotions, and responses to life's challenges while learning strategies to support their well-being.

Learning sessions will be available both in person and via Zoom, while group discussions and interactive activities will be offered in person to encourage meaningful connection and community building.

This safe and supportive space is rooted in compassion, hope, and resilience, while honoring Haitian culture, family, spirituality, and community values. Participants will explore brain health and practical wellness tools, connect with others, and find encouragement, support, and a sense of belonging.
