Lovers & Friends: R&B Pilates + Cold Plunge Recovery

Picture your favorite R&B playing while you move through a Pilates flow, then stepping straight into a sauna and cold plunge to reset. That's Lovers & Friends.

This is our signature pop-up class, and it sells out with a waitlist every time. This is the first time we're pairing it with a full recovery experience, at Calma in Fort Lauderdale. Music is curated by @Elaria.Walker, so the whole hour feels like a playlist you never want to end.

• Dress code. We would love for you to wear beige, neutral or brown tones, so everyone matches the vibe and the photos come out beautiful.
