Join us in person for an exciting day at Response Community Projects (RCP) and we launch our Loved + Wanted HUB with partner organisation, Horizon Community Care (HCC) CIC.
Our Loved and Wanted offer is the establishment of a dedicated 'Loved and Wanted HUB' at the Response Community Centre, delivering the 'Connected Communities' programme. This is a strategic partnership between Response Community Projects (RCP), with its 40-year history as a community anchor, and Horizon Community Care (HCC), bringing specialist trauma-informed support.
Our proposal comprises:
Core wellbeing and inclusion services
Structured Community development and wellbeing
Peer-led Engagement
Celebration and Voice
Capacity Building and Leadership Training
