This 4-class series is for people living with osteoporosis or osteopenia, and those focused on prevention.
-Learn how a yoga practice can support bone density and reduce the risk of fractures from falling.
-Learn the elements of practicing safely, whether you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or if you are working to prevent these conditions.
-Increase muscle strength and endurance.
-Improve your balance and increase confidence in your ability to engage in the activities you enjoy.
-Enjoy better posture.
-Experience the relaxing benefits of yoga.
