Join us Thursday, February 27th at 6pm for a mother/daughter workshop all about embracing and loving the skin you're in. Women are under so much pressure to look and act a certain way. And unfortunately, that pressure starts to impact our kids at a younger and younger age every year.
It's time we challenge that pressure and let it go. Be the example we want for our daughters. Be able to look at ourselves in the mirror with pride and awe. Be able to see ourselves as the incredible women we are.
Life is not about comparison and shame and worrying about what you look like. It's about living. Being present. Being joyful. Being proud of who you are. Being confident to live in the body that you have.
It's about loving yourself inside and out.
And this starts with us as mothers.
During this workshop, you will learn how to quiet negative thoughts, how to feel confident in who you are no matter what, and how to practice genuine self-love.
We will keep it fun, engaging, and empowering. This is a night you don't want to miss and a connection you will get to create with your daughter that will last a lifetime.
