Love Putting: Quiet Confidence on the Greens
About this Event
Putting is often called the game within the game — but for many golfers, it is also the part of the game that creates the most pressure, frustration and self-doubt.
In this special Love Putting Tour event at the R&A World Golf Museum, Valerie Thomas will explore the psychology, personal stories and simple routines that can help golfers feel calmer and more confident on the greens. Drawing on her own journey as a Scottish international golfer, putting psychologist, writer and founder of Frankly Golf, Valerie will share why learning to love putting is not just about technique — it is about confidence, trust and a better relationship with your putter.
Part lecture, part storytelling session and part practical reflection, this event is designed for golfers of all levels, especially those who have ever stood over a putt and thought, “Please don’t miss.” Valerie will also share the story behind the Love Putting Tour and how it aims to help more golfers enjoy putting, rather than fear it.
