Join us every third Monday of the month from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM for our Monthly Family Healing sessions at Casa Madre Center: Amor Latino Counseling.
Experience the soothing power of sound healing and metta meditations, reiki chakra alignment, and breathwork to cultivate compassion, self-love, and inner peace. y offering a donation-based experience, we create a space where healing is accessible to all, reinforcing the idea that wellness is a communal right, not a privilege.
This reciprocity—giving from the heart and receiving in return—mirrors the very essence of Metta Meditation (Loving-Kindness Meditation). When we collectively generate vibrations of compassion, love, and healing, we don’t just shift our own energy—we send ripples through our families, communities, and the world.
Our collaboration with Crystal Garden and Salt Cave strengthens this amplification. Their sacred space, infused with the grounding and cleansing properties of salt and crystals, provides an ideal container for deep emotional release and renewal. When sound healing and Metta Meditation are held in such an environment, the experience becomes a powerful act of community alchemy—turning individual healing into collective transformation.
