Have you ever looked at your life and thought, I should feel more fulfilled than this?You’ve done the things, worked hard, shown up for others, carried responsibilities, yet somewhere along the way, parts of you got lost.
The voice inside that mattered, the dreams you once had, the sense of who you are outside of your roles… buried under years of “shoulds” and expectations.
Lost + Found is a 2-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself and clarify your goals for the future.
In the first half, you’ll reflect on the patterns, roles, and beliefs that have shaped your life so far and uncover which ones no longer fit.
Through guided journaling and simple exercises, you’ll begin to release what isn’t yours to carry anymore.
In the second half, you’ll experience a transformative guided meditation to:
✨ Let go of outdated beliefs that weigh you down
✨ Reconnect with the parts of yourself you thought were gone
✨ Anchor in clarity, self-trust, and renewed purpose for what’s ahead
This isn’t about starting over. It’s about remembering yourself — and moving forward lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
