The Resilience Room is providing a reflective and experiential course exploring loss, grief and emotional resilience in both personal and professional settings. Through discussion, practical exercises and shared learning, participants will develop greater understanding, confidence and compassion when supporting people experiencing grief and bereavement. What the course covers

*Emotional, physical and behavioural responses to bereavement
*Grief theories and the factors that influence grief
*Attachment, family dynamics and complicated grief
*Anticipatory grief and professional loss Coping strategies, resilience and self-care
