Welcome to The Zen Den event exclusively for students in Year 2- 6 at Longlane Primary School! Join us for a term of relaxation, rejuvenation, connection and fun.

The Zen Den is ran by Katie, founder of Anchor & Bounce Wellbeing and Education. Katie is a qualified primary teacher, former Headteacher, mindfulness and yoga teacher for children and NLP coach.

Take a break and reset your mind at Zen Den!

Here’s the kind of thing you can expect:

🧠 Brain Boost – Learn keys facts to understand how to positively impact our brain health

🧘 Relax & Recharge – Simple breathing and mindfulness exercises & games to help you feel calm and focused.

🎨 Creative & Crafty Activities – Create tools to use to self regulate and opportunities experience a 'flow state'.

💬 Positive Chats – A chance to share good news, reflect on the day, or just listen.

🎶 Chill-Out Music – A quiet space with relaxing music to help you mindfully move or just switch off .

😊 Confidence Boost – Activities to build self-belief and a positive mindset.

🌸 Quiet Space – Time to pause, breathe, and take a break from the busy day.
