Long Read of The Odyssey

We would like to invite our community to join us in a reading series devoted to finally tackling the classic eipc We have developed a reading schedule based of off the Emily Wilson translation, though you are welcome to read along with the translation and edition of your choice. (Or listen!) We plan on meeting six times April - June, with our final meet up in July to view the new Christopher Nolan film interpretation.

Our first meeting, April 9th, will focus on discussing the introduction, translator's note, and our reading plan.

April 30th : Books 4 - 7

May 21st : Books 8 - 14

June 4th : Books 15 - 18

June 25th : Books 19 - 24
