Join us for a stirring evening of song with the world-famous London Welsh Rugby Club Choir, one of the UK’s leading male voice choirs.Formed in 2005 for a tour of New Zealand with the British & Irish Lions, the Choir has since performed across Europe and beyond, from Scandinavia and Hong Kong to Italy, Ireland and Wales and famously appeared in the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics, watched by over a billion people worldwide.
Over the past year alone, they’ve released a new album, sung the National Anthems on the pitch in Rome ahead of the Six Nations, appeared on BBC Saturday Kitchen Live for St David’s Day, and performed concerts across Surrey, Kent and Sussex, raising funds for good causes along the way.
Expect powerful harmonies, warmth, humour and plenty of Welsh soul, all under the inspired leadership of Musical Director Michael Wyn Jones and accompanist Dafydd Chapman.
