She is particularly interested in how women can harness AI not just to adapt to change, but to create new opportunities, lead innovation and shape what comes next.
Today, she is building LiveGuide AI at the intersection of technology, wellbeing and human support.

For 20 years, Mini has been helping organisations navigate technology across AI, cyber security, cloud services and digital innovation.
Throughout her career at Softcat, Node4 and Cisilion, she has helped transform embryonic visions into commercial reality, creating new propositions, driving strategic growth, enabling teams and helping organisations evolve into AI-First enabled businesses.
Today she works with C-Suite/executive teams to move beyond AI experimentation and into meaningful business transformation. Her work spans AI Advisory, Security & Governance, Adoption & Change Management, and Agentic AI Solutions, helping organisations unlock value whilst keeping people at the centre of the journey.

AI Strategy Manager at HSBC
Inès is an AI Strategy Manager at HSBC. She holds an MSc in Data Science and Machine Learning from Aston University and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham. Inès has a strong background in Data Science, AI and large language models.
Beyond her core role, Inès is a committed public speaker and actively supports women in tech initiatives
Ekaterina Abramova
Adjunct Assistant Professor at London Business School
Ekaterina is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at London Business School, where she delivers Machine Learning, Data Analytics and Python programming courses. Her research focuses on extracting trading signals from financial markets using advanced econometric techniques, with a particular speciality in Reinforcement Learning.
Ekaterina completed a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Imperial College London and holds an MSc in Financial Engineering. Her interests are in the application of Machine Learning, Econometrics and Statistical techniques to financial data.
