The LCCM Women in Music Special Edition for the EFG London Jazz Festival will feature special guests China Moses, Cherise, Tina Edwards, and Louise Paley.

- Singer-Songwriter, Producer & Radio Broadcaster, China Moses evolves her artistry in truth. Defiantly real, her music resists what so many labels and critics desire: category. She captivates listeners with her deep pocket, sensitivity and wit, drawing inspiration from endless styles in the expansive lineage of Black American music. She has released seven albums, including "Nightintales" and "This One’s for Dinah". Moses also hosts radio shows in Europe and the UK, and has performed over 800 shows globally, sharing stages with legends like Roy Hargrove. Her new album *it's complicated...* is set for release in 2025.
a DJ, broadcaster, music journalist and curator. She's been a champion of the UK Jazz scene for the last decade whilst also spotlighting new music across the spectrum. She's currently broadcasting on Soho Radio, Worldwide FM, British Airways—with her new music show 'Next Big Thing'—and BBC Radio, where she adds commentary to shows on BBC Radio 2, 3 and 4. She works closely with high-end audio brand KEF as Editor of their global zine, Listen, and as host of their forthcoming podcast. Tina is co-founder of community platform Queer Jazz and curatorial organisation, re:sonate.
a rising UK Soul and Jazz singer-songwriter, praised for her bold artistry and emotive storytelling. Her debut album "Calling" (2023) explores themes of love, family, and self-discovery, paying tribute to her Windrush generation heritage. CHERISE has collaborated with artists like Steam Down and Gregory Porter. She has performed at major festivals, and supported Michael Kiwanuka and Jamie Cullum on tour.
a leading advocate for women in jazz, known for her work as a broadcaster, curator, and educator. She founded Women in Jazz, promoting female talent through events, workshops, and mentorship. Paley is also a manager and founder of PACE, an artist management company supporting emerging talent. A champion of inclusivity, she works to challenge gender imbalances in jazz and foster a supportive community for women musicians.
