Another week, another chance to laugh your stress away at BABS Comedy Club! Check out this week’s lineup:

⭐️Jan Slavin has performed standup at all the major clubs in Chicago and does a standup tour every yearly in Florida. Her self-deprecating humor about being an aging lady in the comedy scene is always funny— and sometimes even accompanied with ukulele songs.

⭐️Julia Rettig is a Chicago comedian who is very cool and very chill (don’t fact check this). She performs and produces all over Chicago and the midwest. Her humor is wry and confessional and she’s definitely not oversharing.

⭐️Eliana La Casa is a Comedy Central Latinoamérica featured stand-up comedian who’s toured Chile, Uruguay, and México before making her mark in the Windy City. Chicago Reader even crowned her the Best Comedian of 2021! When she’s not on stage, she’s challenging your understanding of context by pronouncing “voting” and “boating” exactly the same.

⭐️⭐️Joy Gamby, Your Headliner is Chicago’s laughter therapist. Dubbed the ‘Queen of Clean Comedy,’ she’s known for her bold energy, warm spirit, and ability to shift the room with just a joke. She co-produces Low-Key Funny Show at the Laugh Factory, curates Chicago’s only all-clean showcase at Riddles Comedy Club, and plays hard so audiences can heal harder.
