About the author:
Danny Jensen is the author of Unique Eats and Eateries of Los Angeles (Reedy Press), which explores the surprising stories and fascinating people behind many of L.A.'s one-of-a-kind restaurants. He's also written LA Scavenger: The Ultimate Search for Los Angeles’s Hidden Treasures; Secret Los Angeles: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful, and Obscure; and 100 Things to Do in Los Angeles Before You Die. As a writer and photographer, his work has been published by Yahoo Travel, Culinary Backstreets, PBS, Time Out, Thrillist, and others. He’s always on the lookout for unusual landmarks, obscure histories, and under-the-radar restaurants.
