Get ready for CCECD's 2026 Playford-to-the-Present Ball on October 3, 2026, by joining us for our Practice Sessions!As always, the P2P ball is for knowledgable dancers, and it is assumed that all attendees will be familiar with basic ECD figures and these particular dances. The best way to learn them is to regularly attend CCECD's Second and Fourth Sunday dances. :) You can also brush up on your basics and learn the specifics of each dance on the ball's program at our Practice Sessions.
We're offering two P2P Ball Practices, on Sundays August 30 and September 20, at Lindberg Park Stone House, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. The intermediate and challenging dances on the ball program will be taught by CCECD's callers to live music (TBA).
Our annual Costume Sale is back! This year it will coincide with our August 30 practice and our Second Sunday dance on September 13. Bring your gently used costumes or clothing to sell, and pick up something new-to-you for your closet. All proceeds go to our P2P Scholarship Fund.
We also have a Final Review session on Friday night, October 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at Skandia Hall in Pasadena.
