Local Author Fair at the Bookstore

Join us for a day full of local authors from the Greater Sacramento region, shop directly from them to support their work, and find your next favorite read!

This month we're featuting two returning beloved local authors, Kelly Virens and Daphne MacLeod, and welcoming in a whole host of new authors for you to meet and mingle with!

Please no outside food or drinks, as our cafe will be open for the majority of the event.

About the authors:

Kelly Virens is an eco fantasy and paranormal romance author with a love of the outdoors. Weaving ecology and magical realism into storytelling. Born and raised in San Diego, California, with a two year teaching stint in Japan, she relocated to Northern California to find home in all the amazing areas nearby. When she is not writing, she is usually off hiking or exploring somewhere in the Northern California region where she finds inspiration. Following a hike, she always stops by a nearby bookstore and a coffee shop. Her imagination is usually dreaming and scheming new things to write, draw, or make.
