Attending La Leche League meetings can help you learn about breastfeeding from other nursing mothers. Our meetings are led by trained La Leche Leaders and are discussion-based, with a series of topics. At these monthly meetings, mothers share not only their questions and concerns, but also the benefits and joys of breastfeeding. Being in touch with La Leche League can give you the network of support you need to achieve your breastfeeding goals. Meetings also give mothers a chance to talk with Leaders about specific breastfeeding issues and get in-person help. We encourage all mothers & mothers-to-be to attend. Children are also welcome, not just nursing babies.
