Through story and practice, you’ll discover how plants, herbs, and natural rituals can become spiritual tools to support your most beautiful and magical life.

🕉️ Madhavi Rao, yoga teacher, sound healer, and wellness coach, will then guide you into a deeply restorative yoga nidra meditation, accompanied by the calming vibrations of a crystal singing bowl sound bath. This powerful practice invites your whole being to soften, release, and reset—creating space for clarity, healing, and renewal.
