Join the Southwest Idaho Area Agency on Aging and the Garden City Library for a FREE 6-week workshop to help you 'Live Well' with Diabetes!
This class is focused on teaching you self-management tools that will help you plan healthy meals, incorporate physical activity and exercise into your daily life, help you with decision-making and communication skills, work on action-planning and much more!
This class is open to anyone that has been diagnosed with diabetes, has been told they are pre-diabetic, a family member, caregiver, or friend!
**Please note, this class meets for a total of 6 classes, there will NOT be class held on September 11th**
