๐ About the GroupPsychoeducation for the Soul is a free monthly gathering that offers accessible mental health knowledge and emotional support for anyone feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or lost in the heaviness of the world. This space offers community-based resourcing and reflection so you can move through life with more clarity, care, and courage.
In an era marked by social injustice, ecological grief, political violence, and institutional failure, it is not just helpful but necessary to tend to our mental and emotional well-being. Resourcing ourselves and one another is a form of resistance and a way to stay connected to our values, our bodies, and our humanity.
This group is a place to remember that healing is not a luxury. It is a birthright.

๐ฏ๏ธ Why Mental Health Resourcing Matters
In times of tyranny, cruelty, and cultural upheaval, people suffer not only physically and politically, but emotionally and spiritually. Authoritarian systems thrive on isolation, fear, and despair. Tending to our mental health is not self-indulgent. It is how we stay capable of loving, creating, resisting, and building something better.
To care for ourselves and each other is to reclaim our wholeness in a world that benefits from our fragmentation.
