Whether you’re expecting or navigating life with a new baby, this class is designed to encourage small, healthy choices that support both parent and baby—now and for the long term.
This class is taught by Stephanie Huskins, NP, CNM. Stephanie not only brings her medical expertise and experience but also her passion for educating and helping women through healthcare. Stephanie works at Choices on our medical team.
