Get ready to groove on February 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time). to the latest Christian Hip Hop, Afro -beat, and R&B music while breaking a sweat and burning calories. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a series of dance routines that are designed to release those 'feel good' chemicals in your brain.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. So grab your friends and come join us for an afternoon of fun and fitness!
