Experience history live! By the time March (of 1750) rolls around, food pickings are slim. Learn how food was prepared and preserved to get through 19th-century winters and explore basic cooking techniques and tools utilized by people in Illinois Country. During Living History Encounters, you may find cooks, seamstresses, voyageurs, soldiers or craftsmen sharing their talents in the Trader’s Cabin.Fee: Free!
