Once considered more valuable than gold in Mesoamerica, later guarded as a royal state secret in Europe, and even responsible for the accidental creation of America’s most popular cookie, cacao has journeyed from a frothy, bitter drink to the iconic Hershey’s bar. After the presentation, indulge in a tasting experience featuring chocolate from bean to bar, along with historic cocoa recipes.
Fee: Free!
