Welcome to the first Living Compassion Retreat ever held in Finland. Join us over the Midsummer and open to the magic of the human experience; the beauty of authentic connection and the healing depth of integrating all our different parts into an integral whole!
Living Compassion is an embodied non-dual approach to life that invites a deep paradigm shift to live from wholeness. This path starts by embracing and welcoming all of who you are in your own loving awareness. This means being loving and present to every aspect of yourself, especially those parts that are hardest to love.
Through compassionate presence, you can more and more embody your deepest values, speaking, relating and choosing from the ground of your being.
This retreat is dedicated to cultivating self-awareness and a new relationship with our experience. We will deepen our sense of authenticity which is an expression of our freedom: being and acting from who we really are. Living Compassion and emotional integration methods will be supported by yoga, meditation, ritual, circle work and authentic sharing to cultivate deep connection and wholeness on all levels.

VENUE:
We will stay in a beautiful retreat centre in the quiet countryside of southern Finland. An old village school building situated in the middle of fields and forests will offer generous space to practice and rest. The venue provides an atmosphere of calm and simplicity with beautiful surroundings that invite for walks and contemplation. FOOD:
We will have three meals a day including breakfast, lunch and dinner, and an evening snack. Our catering is taken care of our own chef. She will cook us delicious vegetarian/vegan and gluten free food during the whole retreat. Water boilers, coffee and tea will be supplied all day.
TIME:
The retreat begins Thursday 18.6.2026 and participants can arrive from 16:00 onwards. The official program begins at 18:00.
The retreat ends Monday 22.6.2026 after lunch and clean up.
PRICE AND REGISTRATION:
690€/590€ (full time students and unemployed).
The price includes the retreat program for 5 days, accommodation, four meals per day and sauna every night (payment plans available for those with low income).

After receiving your email, we will send you payment info and some questions for you to answer like food allergies, accommodation preferences etc. Your place at the retreat will be secured after your registration and payment.

By car:

By train/bus:
Check www.vr.fi and www.matkahuolto.fi for the most recent info. With a train you first have to go to Hämeenlinna or Lahti and then with the bus to “Lammi (Hämeenlinna)”. Busses go to Lammi from all major cities via Hämeenlinna or Lahti.
Ridesharing (Google Doc):
In the registration email we will send you a link to a doc where people can share car rides and to synchronise their arrival in Lammi with public transport for a shared taxi (10km) from the venue.

FACILITATORS:
Mironel de Wilde
Mironel’s journey began in his multicultural upbringing, shaped by activist parents and a spiritual curiosity that led him to study Buddhism starting at 13. His exploration of shamanic traditions, esoteric yoga, and Kashmir Shaivism in India deepened his understanding of non-duality as a way of life. As a certified, international NVC and Living Compassion trainer, Mironel focuses on cultivating compassion and authenticity in life and relationships. Mironel is the direct student of Robert Gonzales, the founder of Living Compassion. Read more: mironeldewilde.com
Gloria Salo
Gloria has spent 25 years immersed in the study and practice Eastern wisdom with Western therapeutic approaches, committing herself to non-dual tantric lineages and spending years in an ashram to deepen her understanding. With a Master’s in Social Psychology, she offers retreats focused on yoga, tantra, and embodied wholeness. She works as a somatic and integral therapist producing also consciousness-awakening events like the Helsinki Yoga Festival and the Entheos Festival. Read more: gloriasalo.fi
