Join Black River Life and Phoenix Center for the Arts for an intimate author meet-up and book conversation as part of the two-day Black History Month celebration titled "Living Black Worlds."
We’ll be gathering on Fri., Feb. 27 in the Black Box Theater with writer Arianne Edmonds to talk about her powerful book, We Now Belong to Ourselves—a story of family, identity, belonging and claiming Black dignity on our own terms.
Hear directly from the author, ask questions, share reflections and sit in community with local voices including—
