Rev. Judith explores the meaning and practice of Ahimsa, a Sanskrit word Gandhi used to describe the powerful energy of the soul aligned with truth. What is a spiritual path to freedom? How do we cultivate Ahimsa? What is spiritual self-care and how is it different from self-absorption, denial and apathy?
Rev. Judith Elia is an ordained Unity Minister who served diverse congregations for over 30 years. She has organized conferences and events internationally for World Peace, Holistic Medicine, and the Spiritual Unity of the World’s Religions.
In May 24 she toured Israel visiting Clil Village and other ecovillages of her Buddhist Jewish Israeli friends. She served at “Tent of Nations” and the “Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability”(P.I.B.S.) in Bethlehem, Occupied Palestine from May - July 2024 taking care of injured and endangered animals. She returned to Bethlehem Nov 6 - Jan 2025 to serve P.I.B.S.. at Bethlehem University. She recently participating in a Faith Leaders Solidarity Tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem Nov 9-23, 2025.
