Our **Active Adults 55+ Health & Wellness Expo**, in partnership with **Texas Liver Institute**, is coming to our new Trader’s Town Markets storefront in River North!
Imagine gentle movement, a relaxing moment, a warm cup of tea, and conversations with people who can help you feel more informed about your health. We’re planning chair yoga, massage, wellness activities, and community resources, with confirmed participants being announced soon.
