Are you navigating the complexities of religious trauma, adverse spiritual experiences (ARSE), or the pain of discrimination? Finding a genuine community during deconstruction can be a challenge—but you don’t have to do it alone.

Join us for a holistic wellness experience that honors both your story and your need for joy.

The Schedule:

• Part 1: Peer to Peer Discussion (2 Hours): A safe, moderated space to share experiences, offer support, and celebrate our authentic selves.
• Part 2: The Connection (1 Hour): We transition to the courts! Enjoy an hour of complimentary pickleball and various games. Whether you're a pro or have never picked up a paddle, this is about movement and community.
