Day 2: Optimizing Your Sound System
FOH & Monitor Speaker Placement – Best practices for speaker positioning to achieve optimal sound coverage.
Ringing Out Monitors & Venue Tuning – Techniques to eliminate feedback and fine-tune the venue’s acoustics.
Preparing for Sound Check – Step-by-step guide for a smooth and efficient sound check.
Q&A Session – Discuss challenges and learn from real-world experiences.
Day 3: Mixing Like a Pro
Console Setup for Various Events – Adapting workflows for different types of gigs.
Building & Organizing Show Files – Structuring digital consoles (Midas m32, Behringer X32, Yamaha TF 5) for seamless performances.
Gain Staging & Mixing Workflow – Deep dive into proper gain structure and efficient mixing techniques.
Mastering EQ, Gate, Compression & FX - Understanding and applying signal processing tools effectively
