The 48-piece Lancing and Sompting Concert orchestra will be performing an open-air concert in the grounds of High Salvington Windmill (weather permitting) Tickets will be on sale at the gate, £5 per person. Bring a picnic and a rug or a folding chair.Profits will be donated to charity (McMillan Cancer Support and the windmill itself). The orchestra is popular locally with its performances of numbers from musical theatre, pop classics, and movie soundtracks. Hot and cold drinks, cakes, and ice creams will be available for sale from the mill's tearoom.
