Lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to help you unwind and switch off for a while.
Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, calmer, and more refreshed.
No experience is needed and there is nothing you need to do - simply arrive, get comfortable, and enjoy the experience.
