The restaurant’s celebrated Tequila program, which offers the largest selection on the East Coast, was one of the first establishments in the world in 2016 to receive its CRT Award T Certification from the Mexican government’s Tequila Regulatory Council, recognizing their commitment to and knowledge of Tequila. The flavors and drinks, coupled with a design aesthetic that features the colors, textures, architectural features and art of the region, provides a warm, one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the Southwest.
Established in 2007 at 271 Crown Street in New Haven, the brand later expanded to Fairfield in 2013 (2070 Post Road) and Delray Beach, Florida in 2026 (105 E. Atlantic Avenue). All three locations feature indoor and outdoor dining, takeout, event space and catering services.
