Join Our LIVE Guided Meditation Session!
Feeling stressed or angry? Then this event is for you. Come on over for a peaceful and relaxing guided meditation designed to reduce stress, resentment & anger. It's a great chance to unwind, breathe deeply, and find calm in a friendly, supportive space. No experience required.
We’ll meet at the outdoor seating area facing the park at the back entrance of Pacific Highlands Ranch Library. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can start on time.
Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for a living foods lunch.
