This event is BYOB.
Come enjoy Third Friday before the concert, 5-9pm.
Tickets: $15 advance / $20 at door
Concert starts at 9:00pm.
Inside the white walled expanse of Context Fine at 78th Street Studios in Cleveland, OH, the usual gallery silence gives way to acoustic resonance.
Surrounded by abstract drawings and tactile wall hangings, the evening unfolds with an intimate set featuring Cory Grinder, Stefan Weiner, and Moe Reen. Folk music, abstract art, and textile weaving share a foundational language built on structure, repetition, and human touch.
In folk music, traditional song forms act as the underlaying warp threads on a loom, or the hard-edge grid of an abstract composition. As the voices of Grinder, Weiner, and Reen layer over instrumental arrangements, the performances operate like a living textile, individual melodic strands crossing over a structural rhythm, echoing the visual works on the gallery walls.
