Set in the heart of downtown at Rosa Parks Circle, this open-air Live Fire Event is the perfect community gathering to kick off National Convention week—bringing together chefs, industry professionals, and food lovers for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

What to Expect:
Experience the art of cooking over an open flame as local chefs and ACF culinary teams present a variety of live-fire stations. Each station will showcase unique techniques, global flavors, and bold creativity—from classic American barbecue to Beijing duck and beyond.

This event is more than a tasting—it's a celebration of culinary tradition, innovation, and community. Whether you're a chef, a foodservice professional, or simply passionate about great food, this is your chance to connect with some of the industry's finest while enjoying an incredible lineup of dishes prepared right before your eyes.

Complimentary Admission – Full Registration Convention Attendees
Available to individuals with full credentials for the ACF National Convention. Your registration includes access to this event at no additional cost.

$25 – ACF Members & Limited Convention Access
Available to any ACF Member and for those involved in the convention but without full credentials, including trade show vendors, competitors and daily pass holders.

$50 – Food & Beverage Industry Professionals (Non-ACF Members)
Designed for chefs, operators, and industry professionals who are not ACF members but want to attend, network, and experience the event.

$100 – General Admission
Open to the public, including guests of convention attendees and ticket holders. Perfect for food enthusiasts and community members looking to experience an unforgettable night of live fire cooking and culinary talent.
