About Our Community Partner:
Elizabeth Carrillo is an English Literature and History student at Michigan State University, who runs the Grand Rapids micro-bakery Pollen & Crumb. She is a Burgess Institute member, a National Poetry Competition semi-finalist, and an avid baker who loves sharing her pastries with others. She believes that food is one of the best ways to bring joy and people together.
