This menu brings together the depth of dry aged Aberdeen Angus beef and the sweetness of Cornish lobster, each kissed by wood smoke, licked by flame and handled with elemental simplicity.
From the Fires
Locally reared, dry aged fillet steak, basted in rosemary bone marrow
Flame grilled dayboat caught Cornish lobster, brushed with garlic ghee
Burnt lemon & tarragon bearnaise
Lobster claw mac n cheese
Locally grown tomato & rocket salad, balsamic dressing
To finish
Smoked chocolate & sea salt fondant, cherry ice cream, caramelised hot honey
