Prepare for an afternoon of live music in Plymouth City Centre on Saturday 9 May, sponsored by Copthorne Hotel. Echo Town will be performing on the day at 5pm with support from Colour TV and Kate Hall in the new amphitheatre performance space on Armada Way.
Echo Town carve out a world of their own, powered by the magnetic musical chemistry of brothers Richard and Robert Harrison.
Their blend of improvised jams, driving rhythms and 60s–70s influences keeps every show fresh and full of joy.
Kate Hall fuses indie pop, R&B, soul, and blues into a sound that’s both timeless and modern. Inspired by Amy Winehouse, KT Tunstall, Fiona Apple, and Adele, her heartfelt songs are gaining momentum on tour after standout performances across Cornwall’s festival stages in 2025.
Colour TV began in Cornwall, by accident. Jack Yeo’s melodic guitar work and Sam Durneen’s wistful storytelling present a rare and unmistakable marriage; James Elliott and Sean Goldsmith propel the sound with a vivid rhythm. Underpinning all of Colour TV’s music is a note of grief. But that’s life
