What to bring: Yoga mat, water, an eye mask, a pillow, and blankets. It’s surprising how much you can cool down lying still for an hour or so - extra socks and blankets are a good idea in cooler weather.
Start Time: Please note doors will open at 6.20 pm with no entry after 6.30 pm.
End Time: about 7.30 pm
