A Halloween Yoga Party for Kids!

Join us for a special Halloween celebration at Nest before our doors officially open!

Kids are invited to come dressed in costume for an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and fun. We’ll mix play-based yoga, creative games, and Halloween surprises to help little ones connect, move their bodies, and make new friends.

Expect:

• A fun, age-appropriate yoga flow with spooky music
• Halloween-themed games & activities
• Time to move, laugh, and play in a nurturing space
• A sneak peek of our beautiful new studio before it opens

For ages 6–10.
