If you come to one Little Flower cleanup this year, we'd love for you to come to THIS one... Mark your calendars for the 10th St Edition of Litter League on Saturday, August 23! This time, we're going to focus the bulk of our energy on 10th Street itself, starting at the east end of the neighborhood and working west from there, cleaning up the street as best we can in our 2-hour work window.
Meet us at the corner of 12th & Bancroft-- look for the sign up table & refreshments! We'll provide trash grabbers, bags, and gloves. Many volunteers love using a 5-gallon bucket to gather trash, so bring one along if you like.
During this time, we'll also have a small number of volunteers working on August's section of the neighborhood (10th to 13th, Bosart to Emerson), so if you have kids that you're uncomfortable having that close to fast-moving traffic, we will still have work for you to do.
