This is not a sightseeing tour. It's a 2-hour conversation about Caribbean American history told through the neighborhood itself — from the early 1900s migration waves through the community you'll see around you today.

📍 Antilles Café & African Record Centre — Grab a drink and walk through Caribbean American music history — from calypso and reggae to how a Jamaican immigrant invented hip-hop in the Bronx.
📍 Immaculee Haitian Bakery — A Haitian institution. We discuss how Little Caribbean was shaped by post-World War II migration and what brought so many Caribbean families to this specific neighborhood.
📍 Nostrand Avenue Small Businesses — Walk the corridor that defines the neighborhood today. We talk about what Little Caribbean is becoming, who's been here for decades, and what's at stake.
