Your evening includes:
Five premium pours across the complete Little Biddy range -- Classic, Pink, Amber, and Rose Gold Gin, plus Little Biddy Classic Vodka -- each with tasting notes and the story behind it. An intimate setting, expert guidance, and a genuine taste of what makes this corner of Aotearoa extraordinary. Gourmet antipasto platters will be provided to complement the pours.

The Gins:
Little Biddy Classic Gin -- The hero of the range. Four locally foraged West Coast botanicals including Tarata, Horopito, Toatoa, and Rimu give this gin a bright citrus palate with a warm spice finish that is distinctly, unmistakably West Coast.
Little Biddy Pink Gin -- Made with freshly pressed Central Otago cherries, delivering a deep ruby colour and sophisticated depth. Citrus and floral notes from pink peppercorns add warmth and complexity.
Little Biddy Amber Gin -- Fresh NZ lemons and oranges balanced with crystallised ginger and a hint of nutmeg. Light, citrus-forward, and clean on the palate.
Little Biddy Rose Gold Gin -- A coveted small-batch expression bottled at 43% ABV. Hibiscus, caramelised West Coast limes, and freshly foraged native Toatoa and Kahikatea deliver honeydew and lemon drop on the palate.
Little Biddy Classic Vodka -- Clean, smooth, and crafted with the same uncompromising West Coast water and ethos as the gin range.
About Reefton Distilling Co.
In the historic gold-mining town of Reefton, Reefton Distilling Co. hand-forages botanicals from the surrounding West Coast wilderness and filters their water over pounamu gifted and blessed by local iwi -- infusing every bottle with the wairua of Te Tai Poutini.
