What to Expect

8:30 AM – Check-In + Guided Stretch
Meet us at Barton Arboretum for a warm welcome, check-in, and a light group stretch before we begin.

9:00 AM – Walk Begins
We’ll press play and enjoy a scenic audiobook walk through the beautiful trails at the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens.

End of Walk – Coffee Social + Mingle
After the walk, stay and unwind with us for coffee, conversation, and community.

• Featured read is optional — all audiobook genres are welcome
• Wear comfortable walking shoes
• Bring water and headphones
• Closest parking is available near Barton Arboretum
• This is a relaxed, community-paced walk — no pressure, just good vibes
