LIT FROM WITHIN.

A waterfront, community celebration of movement, music, and light being held under the lights of the Hoan Bridge in partnership with Light the Hoan, Inc. MKE Yoga Social, & City Limits Run Club featuring:

• Live DJs
• Glow body painting
• Local vendors and food trucks
• Hydration stations
• Community raffle

Join FEAR + City Limits Run Club as we co-host a 2 - 3 mile community run/walk. MKE Yoga Social will lead two different yoga sessions: a glow yoga session or a restorative yoga session.

Please note: Both yoga sessions are offered on a Pay-What-You-Can basis. A suggested donation of $20-$40 is appreciated. Your contribution supports Light the Hoan and helps MKE Yoga Social continue creating accessible community wellness experiences throughout Milwaukee.

6:30pm - Glow village opens

7:15pm - Event welcome

7:45pm - Glow Yoga Session or Community Glow Run / Walk (Choose One)

8:30pm - Post-run party begins at Boone & Crockett

8:30pm - Restorative Yoga Session

9:00pm - Bridge light show #1

9:30pm - Bridge light show #2

10:00pm - Event wraps

Please Note: The 2026 Waiver Form must be completed by ALL runners, even if you've run with FEAR in the past.
