Heartbreak doesn’t always come from romantic endings. It can live in friendships that changed, expectations that didn’t unfold, losses that linger, or emotions that never really found space to be felt. This listening circle is a gentle, intentional gathering for anyone carrying heartbreak in any form.

This is not a discussion or therapy session. There’s no advice-giving, no fixing, and no pressure to speak. You’re welcome to share if you feel called to, or simply listen and be present. Silence is completely okay here. The focus is on empathy, respect, and holding space for one another in a calm, supportive environment.

Sometimes, just being heard—or sitting in a room where others understand—can feel grounding. This space is for slowing down, softening, and reminding ourselves that we don’t have to carry everything alone.
